Governance & Trustees
As there are currently only two academies in the Trust we do not have Local Governing Bodies. Over time, and as other academies join the Trust, we expect this to change.
The Board Of Trustees delegates the day to day operation of both academies in the Trust to the CEO & Executive Principal. As well as the Full Board of Trustees we have two committees: The Finance, AUdit, Pay & Personnel Committee (FAPP) and the Curriculum and Premises, which will resume again in the academic year 2023. There are times during the academic year when meetings are merged to accomodate the Academy Diary and the workload of Staff and Trustees.
The full Board of Trustees currently meet once a term, the Finance Trustees meet every half term, the Curriculum and Premises Committee every term and the Members meet at least annually.
